Last updated: 2 October 2026 · Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA
Execuria is committed to making this website and our written work usable by colleagues with a range of abilities and assistive needs. Accessibility is part of doing advisory work well, because a collaboration model that only some people can read is a model that will fail in practice.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at Level AA. These guidelines are our reference point for contrast, keyboard use, structure, text alternatives and resizing. Where we fall short, we want to hear about it so that we can fix it. In the United States we also have regard to the Americans with Disabilities Act, which applies to organisations serving the public.
What we have done
- 01StructurePages use a single main heading, ordered sub-headings, and landmark regions so that screen readers can move through them predictably.
- 02ContrastText is set in a dark ink against a pale background to keep contrast high. Colour is never the only way we convey meaning.
- 03KeyboardEvery link, form field and control can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, and focus is visible.
- 04TextText can be enlarged without loss of content, and we avoid very small type for anything important.
- 05MotionWe use no autoplaying media and no unnecessary animation.
- 06LanguagePages are written in plain English and declare their language so that assistive reading is accurate.
Graphics and the score navigation
Our navigation is drawn with hand-built graphics that imitate a musical staff. These graphics are decorative, and every navigation item is a normal text link whose meaning does not depend on the drawing. Decorative shapes carry no essential information, and our images have short text descriptions. If a navigation form does not suit you, the same pages are listed in the page footer.
Forms
Every field has a visible label, and the forms work with a keyboard and with assistive technology. Our forms do not transmit data anywhere; they open a confirmation page. If you would prefer to send your note by email instead, our contact addresses are listed in the footer and on the briefing page, and we are glad to receive them that way.
Written work during engagements
Accessibility is not limited to this website. The documents we produce for clients can be supplied in different forms on request, including larger type or a plain-text version. We design sessions so that participants can take part with or without a screen, and we ask at the start of an engagement whether anyone needs an adjustment.
Known limitations
We are a small practice and we keep improving. At present we regard the site as substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, with the caveat that we cannot test against every assistive combination. If something on this site blocks you, we treat that as a defect rather than a difference of opinion, and we will work with you to reach the information another way.
How to reach us
Write to [email protected] or call +1 (214) 555-0188. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days and to provide the content you need in an accessible form in the meantime.
