This page sets out the limits of what Execuria Inc. provides. We write it plainly because a practice that advises on governance should be candid about its own boundaries. Read it with our terms of service.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this website, and nothing we produce during an engagement, is legal advice. We are not a law firm and we do not practise law. Where a matter involves law, regulation or a contractual right, you should take advice from a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before acting. We are glad to work alongside your counsel, but we do not replace them.

Not tax or accounting advice

Nothing we provide is tax, accounting or financial advice. We do not opine on tax positions, financial reporting, audit or valuation. Engage a qualified professional for those matters. A collaboration model describes how work is divided and supervised; it does not describe how the result should be treated in your books or your returns.

Not employment advice

Nothing we provide is employment or workforce advice, and nothing we write should be read as a recommendation about how many people you should employ, how you should classify workers, or how you should handle any individual's employment. We do not make claims about job replacement or job creation. Decisions about people remain with you and with your advisers.

No guarantee of any outcome

We promise disciplined work and honest analysis. We do not promise any particular result. We make no guarantee of savings, earnings, efficiency, quality, compliance, or any other outcome, whether express or implied. Illustrations, examples and indicative figures on this site are for orientation only and are not predictions. A collaboration model is a way of organising work, not a way of guaranteeing it.

No endorsement, no vendor relationships

We hold no commercial interest in any maker of AI agents and we endorse none. Any reference on this site to a category of work or a type of role is general, and we name no supplier. Your choice of technology remains your own, made with your own technology leadership and procurement process.

Third-party information

Where this site refers to general practices, it does so for explanation. We do not reproduce third-party material as our own, and we do not vouch for the accuracy of anything outside our own pages. Links, where they exist, are for convenience and do not imply approval of the destination.

Written work during engagements

Documents produced during an engagement are prepared for the specific client and the specific scope agreed. They are not designed for, and should not be relied upon, by any other organisation or for any other purpose. Please do not circulate our client work as general guidance.

Accuracy and change

We update this website from time to time. We do not promise that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it. If something here is material to a decision you are about to make, confirm it with us directly at [email protected] before you rely on it.
