Engagement tiers
Engagements are priced as fixed fees per shape, agreed in writing before any work begins. The figures below are indicative for corporate clients in the United States and are intended to help you plan a budget conversation internally, not to substitute for a scope.

Figures are indicative and exclude travel and any third-party costs, which we agree separately and never mark up. A scope may combine tiers — most clients begin with a Diagnostic Sprint and decide afterwards whether to continue to a Composition Program or an Ongoing Oversight arrangement.
What the fee includes
Senior attention
The people who write your model lead the engagement from first session to closing handover.
Written outputs
Every tier ends with written work you own: maps, atlases, protocols and review notes.
One revision
Each written output receives one full revision after your team has tested it against real work.
We do not bill for initial conversations, and we do not sell anything you would have to fetch, host or licence.
How payment is arranged
- Scope. We agree the tier, the teams in scope and the outputs, and put them in a written agreement.
- Schedule. Fees are payable on a simple schedule tied to milestones, not to hours.
- Close. The final payment falls due at handover, when the model has an owner and a next revision date.
Nothing on this page is an offer capable of acceptance and no figure is binding until a written scope is signed by the parties. Engagements are with corporate and institutional clients only.
