Do not sell or share
Last updated: 2 October 2026 · For California residents
This page explains our position on the sale and sharing of personal information, and how to exercise your rights. In short: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in the sense those terms carry in California law.
Our position
Execuria Inc. is an advisory practice, not a data business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. Where we use advertising services, we do so to reach a corporate audience with our own messages, and we do not permit a provider to use a visitor's information for unrelated purposes. Because we do not engage in selling or sharing as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, there is no sale or sharing for you to opt out of.
Your California rights
Even though we do not sell or share, you still hold the following rights, and we honour them.
- 01Right to knowYou may ask what categories of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes and the parties with whom we have shared it.
- 02Right to accessYou may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- 03Right to correctYou may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
- 04Right to deleteYou may ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- 05Right to limitYou may ask us to limit the use of sensitive personal information; we collect very little and none for advertising.
- 06Right to non-discriminationWe will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
How to make a request
Send your request to [email protected] or write to Execuria Inc., 2200 Ross Avenue, Suite 4700, Dallas, TX 75201, United States. Please tell us enough to identify you and to describe what you want. We will acknowledge your request and verify it before acting, using information we already hold where possible rather than asking for more. If an authorised agent makes the request, we ask for written permission. We aim to respond within the time the law allows, and we do not charge for a reasonable number of requests.
Signals from your browser
If we were to sell or share personal information in future, we would honour an opt-out preference signal sent by a browser or extension that indicates your choice. Today we do not sell or share, so such a signal changes nothing, but we record our support for it here so that our position is clear.
Children and sensitive information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen, and we do not sell or share information relating to minors. We do not collect information about health, precise location, race, religion or similar categories for any purpose connected with this website.
