Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026 · Applies to execuria.com and to Execuria Inc. engagements within the United States.
Execuria Inc. respects the privacy of the organisations and people who contact us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise. It is written to be read, not to hide behind.
Who we are
Execuria Inc. is a business advisory practice with its office at 2200 Ross Avenue, Suite 4700, Dallas, TX 75201, United States. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Privacy enquiries may be sent to [email protected].
Information we collect
We collect only what we need. When you contact us or request a briefing, we collect the details you provide: your name, your organisation, your role, your work email address and telephone number, and the content of your message. When you visit this website, our hosting provider records routine technical information such as the pages requested, the time of the request and a truncated network address, which we use to keep the site available and secure.
Advertising and analytics data
We may use advertising services, including Google Ads, to reach corporate audiences. Where such services are used, they may set identifiers or read information from your browser so that an advertisement can be shown and its performance measured. We do not receive your name or contact details from these services; we receive aggregate information such as whether an advertisement led to a visit. You can control personalised advertising through your browser settings and through the controls offered by the advertising provider. We do not use advertising data to build profiles of individuals for sale.
Why we hold information, and our lawful bases
We process personal information to respond to enquiries, to prepare and perform engagements, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to protect our legitimate interest in running a secure practice. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, our lawful bases are your consent where you have given it, the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
How long we keep information
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years after the last contact, so that we can pick up a conversation where it stopped. Engagement records are kept for the period required by our professional and accounting obligations, generally seven years. Website technical logs are kept for a short period, typically no more than ninety days. Where a record is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email host and our accountants, and only to the extent they need it. They act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights in California
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy, to request correction, to request deletion, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. You may exercise your rights by emailing [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
Your rights in Europe
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access your information, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. We respond to such requests without charge, normally within one month.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Where information is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual terms.
Children
Our services are for organisations. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practice changes. The date at the top shows the current version. To ask a question or exercise a right, write to [email protected], or see our do not sell or share page and our cookie policy for related choices.
