Execuria · FAQ

Questions answered

These are the questions corporate clients ask most often when they first approach the practice. If your question is not here, the briefing room is the right place to ask it directly.

What exactly does Execuria do?

We are an advisory practice for the collaboration model between human teams and AI agents. We map how work currently divides between people and agents, design a clearer and more governable arrangement, and help our clients adopt it in stages. We advise; we do not supply anything for you to run.

Are you selling some kind of product?

No. We sell time, judgement and written work. There is nothing to licence, nothing to host and nothing for you to fetch from us. If an engagement needs no further work, it simply ends.

Which clients do you take?

Corporate and institutional clients in the United States, typically enterprises and bodies with boards, regulators or public accountability. We do not advise consumers or individuals, and we decline engagements that ask us to remove human judgement where it clearly belongs.

How does an engagement start?

With a confidential conversation in the briefing room. We listen for the friction in your current arrangement, then propose a written scope. If we believe we are not the right practice for the problem, we will say so and decline rather than invent work.

How long does a typical engagement last?

A Diagnostic Sprint runs roughly two to three weeks. A Composition Program runs six to ten weeks. Ongoing Oversight is a standing arrangement reviewed on a quarterly cadence. We scope each case individually and close engagements at a defined point.

Do you work on-site?

Yes, when it helps. We travel to client sites across the United States and work remotely between visits. Most engagements mix short on-site sessions with remote working sessions, deliberately kept few so that your teams are not pulled away from their work.

Who owns the material you produce?

Your organisation owns the written model, the role atlas and the supervision protocols we produce for you, once the agreed fees are settled. We retain the right to describe our method in general terms, without naming you, in our practice notes.

Do you promise particular results?

No. We promise disciplined work, honest analysis and a written model that fits your organisation. We make no guarantee about outcomes, savings, earnings or staffing, and any engagement that depends on such a guarantee is not one we can responsibly accept.

Will you recommend a specific maker of agents?

No. We hold no commercial interest in any maker and we name none. We advise on the collaboration model — roles, limits, hand-offs and supervision — and we leave the choice of agents to your own technology leadership.

Is our information confidential?

Yes. Engagements begin under a written agreement that includes confidentiality. We share nothing about a client beyond what the client agrees in advance, and our practice notes never identify a client or a unit.

How do you handle accessibility?

We design our written work and our sessions to be usable by colleagues with a range of needs, following WCAG 2.1 AA as our reference. If you need material in another form, tell us and we will provide it. See our accessibility statement for detail.

What happens to personal information you hold?

We hold only what an engagement needs, keep it for a defined period, and honour rights under applicable privacy law, including CCPA and CPRA for California residents and GDPR where it applies. Our privacy policy sets out the detail.

Can we start with something small?

We encourage it. A short Diagnostic Sprint is often the best first step, because it gives you an honest picture you can act on with or without us. You can always commission the next movement later, and many clients do.

How are fees structured?

As fixed fees per engagement shape, agreed in advance, with indicative figures published on the engagement tiers page. We do not charge for initial conversations, and we do not bill for speculative work you have not asked us to do.

Do you advise on employment or redeployment?

No. We are not employment advisers and we do not make claims about how many people any organisation should employ. Our focus is the quality, clarity and governance of the collaboration between the people you keep and the agents they direct.

Still unsure?

Most first conversations end with a clearer idea of the problem and an honest view of whether an engagement would help. There is no obligation and nothing to sign before a scope exists. Bring a specific team and a specific frustration, and we will tell you what we see.
